A Profession for the Open Minded
When it comes to rendering caregiving, it is certainly something meant for the people who leave an open mind to what it is all about. It is not merely showing affection, it is about providing service to people who require it.
In a way, it can be similar to nursing older people. Much of them are in foster homes, left there because the attention they require cannot be given by their immediate families. While it may sound pathetic for families who could do this, that is really what giving care is all about. People need attention and non-picky people are the best fit for these jobs.
