Take Time Off

The daily routine of a caregiver is a daunting task. And it requires more than patience to be able to go through it. Everyday living is bombarded with doctor’s appointments, errands to the grocery and back. Sudden need to go to the pharmacy and the therapy sessions. It ultimately leads to YOU, not having the time that you deserve for yourself. At first we can or we might be able to shrug it aside and think that you’ll be fine. But in a matter of time, you will begin to realize that you also need time for yourself. This is a good way of reflecting, relaxing and to refresh anew your long and short term goals. So, as a friendly reminder, TAKE YOUR TIME OFF!
